Remy joined Mirlo Real Estate Partners in 2021 after nearly four years with CARR Healthcare Realty, where he developed specialized knowledge
and experience in the Healthcare space, serving healthcare clients both large and small across all healthcare systems. Remy played many roles performing dozens of transactions annually and worked with a team of agents that completed hundreds more every year.
Before that, he was an associate with Colliers International where he worked on a very busy tenant-rep team specializing in the office and industrial sectors.
Since 2005, Nick has successfully negotiated over 1,000 real estate transactions, including both
