In 2021, they formed Bridge Commercial Realty and now have departments in Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City.
Clint has a background in construction, and is a licensed General Contractor, which gives him unique insights and advocacy when it comes to new construction and with providing property value analysis. Shirward has an unparalleled background in National Accounts, giving the advantage to and leveling the playing field for providers whether in-state or out of state real estate transactions.
